What is the Onestop beta?

An early, private version of Onestop for flight problems. You chat with Alex, Onestop's assistant, about what went wrong, and Alex handles the emails, follow-ups, calls and complaints, with your OK at each step.

Who can join?

Anyone can join the waitlist. We're letting people in in small groups, starting with flight disruptions.

Does it cost anything?

Joining the waitlist is free. All we ask for is your email address.

What happens after I join?

You'll see "You're on the waitlist" straight away and get a short confirmation email from us. When your invite is ready, we'll email you at the same address.

Which flight problems does it cover?

For now, flight disruptions: cancellations, delays, denied boarding and refunds that never showed up. Everything else is coming later.

Will Alex send anything without me?

No. Emails, complaint forms and posts wait for your OK, and you can stop Alex or take control at any time.

Is Onestop a law firm?

No. Onestop is a consumer assistant, not a law firm, and it doesn't give legal advice. We can't promise a refund, but we'll make sure your case doesn't go quiet.

How do I get off the list?

Reply to any email from us or write to complaints.onestop@gmail.com, and we'll remove your address.
